We are so excited to have you visit us at Micah Evans Music.com. If you want to get to know my story, I update my Blog on a regular basis. I have been writing and composing music for over twenty years, and am bringing my music to you via the Internet
Life has thrown a lot of challenges at me. Diabeties, Dialysis, Divorce and all that comes with the baggage of life.
Each of life’s events have been leading me to this newest chapter in my life. Music.
As a kid I was always involved in music. Guitar, bass, piano and singing. There was even a time when a friend of mine and I would write and play music in the local park of our small home town here in Oregon. Music has always been there. However, after so many years and after all theses things have happened there was a problem.
I forgot about the Music. I was letting these events in my life stack up on my shoulders. One was hard enough. But add the rest and it was absolutely unbearable. It wasn’t until, in July of 2011, when I got a knock at my front door. I opened my door to hear someone asking for directions. Immediately I recognized the voice as the same friend that would sing and play music with me in the parks. He had been gone for almost 15 years. All of a sudden he is at my door.
After a few hours of hard conversation, a little memory lane walking and a lot of encouragement I was able to drop those stones and start using them as steps back into music. I have been able to take that heartache and put sound and lyric to it. Now instead of back breaking labor to carry stones that were crushing me I am breaking new ground and building a new life with Music, Micah Evans Music.
This musical journey is an expression of emotion. Anger, joy, love, laughter, peace, sadness combined into music. This is that expression given to the public in electronic format, video, and written in blog and twitter posts.

I am excited as I begin this Internet journey that I get to make new friends, share new music, and hopefully I can share my story as well that someone will be encouaged.
